Parking – There are 7 car parks available towards the left of the complex – named JOHHNY – you can park in these spots.
$100 deposits are redeemable with your treatment on the day, however, if you are to cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment your $100 deposit will be forfeited. $100 consult fees are also redeemable if you book a treatment within 3 months.
Please be on time to your appointments, if you are more than 15 minutes late your deposit will be forfeited as this does not allow our team enough time to conduct a thorough medical history and complete treatment.
Cosmetic injectables are a medical procedure and we have strict policies in place to make sure you are safe for treatments. Do you understand that if any of the below apply to you, you are unable to have cosmetic injectables and your $100 deposit will be forfeited:
– Trying to conceive including egg retrievals and IVF, are pregnant or breastfeeding
– Antibiotics currently or 2 weeks prior
– Undergoing any health investigations with your GP or waiting for imaging or test results
– Have any active cancer/receiving cancer treatment or other major medical conditions or autoimmune disease
– Previous surgery or dental work on/near the treatment areas (recent or past)
– Surgery 6 weeks before or after treatment
– Skin conditions such as active acne, inflamed areas, active dermatitis and rosacea
– Haven’t had or planning of any beauty treatments in the area of treatment 2 weeks before or after
– Under the age of 18
– Flying within 4 weeks of dermal filler treatments (not applicable to anti-wrinkle)
– Have had the tetanus or whooping cough vaccine within 6 weeks (anti-wrinkle only clients)
Downtime is normal for injectable treatments – please note you can bruise and/or swell and redness and/or tenderness around the sites of injection can occur. Please allow upto 2 weeks for bruising to subside (worst case scenario).
Dermal Filler patients must wait 2 weeks after COVID-19 vaccine and 2 weeks clearance if you contracted the virus.
Any video surveillance recorded within the clinic may be utilized for social media purposes, as evidence in disputes, or to address inappropriate behavior, ensuring a respectful environment for all clients and staff.
We have a minimum spend of $250.
A $25 Doctor consult fee will apply for new clients and returning clients who need a new script. A consult is required every 12 months or any major changes to your medical history.
